So, it's your senior year. No doubt there are lots of things to think about throughout the school year and the more the year goes on, the busier it seems to get. I suggest getting started with the senior picture process in the early summer months so you won't have to be in a rush later on. So where do you start? You're in the right place...

1. THE SURVEY - The first thing you'll want to do is fill out the senior survey. This will give me a good idea of who you are, what you like and dislike on a handful of topics and let's you express what you hope to get out of your senior portrait experience. You'll see questions like "What is your dream shot?" and "If you could be in an ad for any brand, what would it be?"... these questions get my wheels spinning with ideas for your shoot. Once I've received your survey and had a chance to look it over, I'll contact you to discuss the options for your shoot.

2. CHOOSE YOUR SESSION - Take a look over the session types to see what the best fit for you might be. Actually, if you haven't already, do this when you fill out the survey. That way, when we discuss the options we'll be on the same page. There are options to fit all budgets from studio-only or outdoor-only shoots to combination, seasons, and if you want the ultimate in originality, we offer destination shoots. If you feel like going crazy with creativity, you might be interested in adding on a concept session. Due to the level of detail and time it takes to work on concept images, I'm limiting that option to 15 seniors for the Class of 2020.

3. SCHEDULE & PAY DEPOSIT - Let's work together to find the best date on the calendar for your shoot. Then, come back here and pay the deposit for your shoot. The deposit is non-refundable, but does apply 100% toward your final balance for your print order. Once your deposit has been paid, I'll ink your shoot in to the calendar.

4. OUTFITS - This is when you'll want to start making decisions about what you'll wear on your shoot. Did we schedule for warm summer weather? Cooler fall weather? Studio only? Dress accordingly and feel free to look over our pinterest boards for style ideas.

There are also some things you'll want to keep in mind for how things go after the shoot. Click here for info on that.
